2. Institute of Chemical Technology

With the noble intention of advancing India’s knowledge reserves in chemical science and technology, the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT) of the University of Mumbai has grown to become deemed university devoted to education, training, research, and industrial collaboration in chemical engineering, chemical technology, applied chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, and bio-processing.

3. Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute

Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, founded in 1887, is one of Asia’s oldest engineering institutes. The institute provides undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctorate programmes. 7. Sardar Patel College of Engineering

Dr K. M. Munshi started the institution in 1961 as a government-aided engineering college under the direction of the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan. The college’s foundation stone was placed on September 17, 1961, by Yashwantrao Chavan, Maharashtra’s Chief Minister at the time.
