Students writing 12th boards this year are the first batch of students to write boards after the pattern has changed as per the National Education Policy of 2020. CBSE Class 12th Math Paper Review : Students Call It “Lengthy & Difficult”

Students who have appeared for the exam have called the paper more ‘difficult than easy’. Siya, a class 12 student shared “About 50 per cent of the questions were very easy but the remaining were tough. Even choices did not help much.”
Aniruddh, another Class 12 student said that the Math paper had a lot of lengthy calculations. “The paper was more lengthy than difficult in my opinion. The matrices questions took too long to complete, and then there were a lot of them. If you chose easier questions, it took much time, the tougher questions were very tricky.”

Manasi, CBSE, 12 class student of JAIN International Residential School (JIRS), Bengaluru said that – “The paper was tilted towards the harder side and was lengthy. I felt that section C was the most challenging. Ques. 42 of set 4 had symbols that are not present in the NCERT textbooks. Section A was quite easy and section B was a little tricky. The paper had a few ambiguous questions; however, overall the paper was moderately tough.”
Meanwhile, Aarti Chopra, Principal of Amity International School Gurugram said that “the set of instructions provided at the beginning of the Question paper differed from the instructions given for the questions in Section C. It was clearly mentioned that the candidate had to attempt any 8 out of 10 questions at the beginning whereas in the question of the case study, the candidates needed to attempt any 4 questions leaving the candidates baffled.”
Anshu Mittal, Principal, MRG School, Rohini, Delhi said that “the paper was of a good standard. Case study questions required a good understanding of language, and in question number 43, options were really ambiguous“.
CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Question Paper Review: Students Call It “Easy”
Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Term 1 Exam was conducted on 7th December, 2021.. The paper was for 90 minutes duration and students had to attempt 50 questions. Most of the students were able to finish the examination well before time.
Abhiraj, a class 12 student said that “Class 12 Physical Education paper was said to be easy as expected. It was by far the easiest and quickest paper. MCQs were very easy, I think I finished the paper in like 40 minutes or so”
Another student, Manvi also had a similar review to share. The paper, as per the majority of the students, was easy and many are expecting to get at least 40 of the questions right.
Teachers also had the same opinion. As per the feedback we received, the paper was ‘quite easy and expected’. “The only reason a student might not do well would be if they did not read the paper properly. The paper was easy & students should be able to score well.” Said an expert“.

Class 12 Business Studies Paper Review – Students say “Too Easy”
Tanishka Singh, a CBSE class 12 student, Swami Vivekanand Public School, said that “Business studies was the easiest paper yet. It was in fact easier than the Physical education paper. Sec A was easiest, B had reasoning questions but they were pretty easy and basic. Section C contained paragraph based questions and was the trickiest of the three sections. However, it was also pretty doable“.
Overall the 1st term of CBSE class 12 board exam question papers are being considered on the easy to moderate side . However, it must be noted that, with the pattern change, the requirements of the board exam have also changed. Thus, it becomes essential for the students to align their studies according to the changing needs of the exam
