Draw a hypothetical model of a continent

2.3 Make-A-Continent Name DUE Draw a hypothetical model of a continent that you will create on the back of this page. For Level 1: Shade at least one large continent (brown) and two oceans (blue): Name them too! Draw at least one plate tectonic boundary with appropriate tectonic features (like earthquakes) For Level 2: Draw two more plate tectonic boundaries (for three total), one for each style of tectonic motion (convergent, divergent, and transform) with appropriate tectonic features (like earthquakes) For Level 3: Draw a complete set of tectonic features, keeping in mind some of these should have been covered in your drawings for levels 1 and 2 : Ocean/ocean subduction (with a volcanic island chain) Ocean/continent subduction (with a chain of mountain volcanoes) Active continental collision Mid-ocean ridge/seafloor spreading Continental rift valley Newly formed, narrow ocean (like the Red Sea) Transform boundary/fault (name it as well) Two hot spots (at least one ocean and one continent) Arrows of plate movement For Level 4: Fully completed, continuous, and connected tectonic boundaries (no floating/changing boundaries, e.g., where divergent becomes convergent) In a paragraph, explain what your continent would look like after 200-300 million years
