Question asked by Filo student

You see a population of horses in a field, some have short tails and some have long tails. You know that the trait for tail length is heritable in horses and you also know that short tail alleles are recessive while long tail alleles are dominant. Just by counting the number of horses with short or long tails that you can see, what variable of that population can you figure out? Sorry, you can't test their DNA.
