Alternate legs for 10-12 reps on each side. Complete 3 sets.
  3. Deadlifts: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell or dumbbells in front of your thighs, palms facing your body. Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight, and lower the weight down towards the ground. Push through your heels to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top. Repeat for 10-12 reps. Complete 3 sets.
  4. Glute bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes at the top. Lower your hips back down. Repeat for 12-15 reps. Complete 3 sets.
