Huawei Notifications Troubleshooting

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the push notification issue on your Huawei phones.

01Make Filo as a protected app

• Got to the app drawer and tap on “settings”
• Click on “Advanced Settings” and go to “Battery Manager”
• Tap on “Protected apps”
• Enable Filo to protect the app

02Battery Optimization

• Got to the app drawer and tap on “settings”
• Click on “Advanced Settings” and go to “Battery Optimizations”
• Enable Filo to ignore optimizations

03Allow notification

• Got to the app drawer and tap on “settings”
• Click on “Notification Panel & Status Bar”
• After that click on “Notification Center”
• Search for Filo app and activate notifications and priority display

These steps should enable all the notifications of the Filo app on your phone.
