Sugar arrangement - No adjustment of shade of blue or red litmus arrangement.
Baking soda solution: Blue Litmus turns red. Solution of tamarind – Makes the blue litmus red. Salt solution: neither the blue nor the red litmus solutions changed color.
Therefore, the solution of sugar and salt is neutral; the solution of baking soda is basic; the solution of tamarind is acidic.
