Text solutionVerified
Vegetative propagation is an asexual method of reproduction in which new plants are obtained from plant parts such as the stem, leaves and roots without the help of reproductive organs. The leaf of bryophyllum has many buds on its margins. A new plant arises from these buds when the leaf falls in moist soil.
