Meaning, Alms and Objectives of Physical Education (ix) शारीरिक शिक्षा की गतिविधियों द्वारा छात्रों के आचरण में कई प्रकार के महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन एवं सुपार किए त्र जैसे नियमों की पालना करना, सहयोग देना, दूसरों की भावनाओं का सम्मान करना आदि। (x) शारीरिक शिक्षा के बारे में जानकारी सामान्य भाषा में देनी चाहिए और यह जानकासी भरपूर होनी चाडिए। (xi) शारीरिक शिक्षा के अंतर्गत ऐसे कार्यक्रमों को भी शामिल करना चाहिए जिनमें छत्रों की स्वाभाविक ३ आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति हो सके। (xii) सारीरिक क्रियाओं का चयन छात्रों की आयु, लिंग के अनुसार होना चाहिए। प्रश्न 6. संपूर्ण व्यक्तित्व के विकास में शारीरिक शिक्षा का क्या योगदान है? वर्णन कीजिए। उत्तर-शारीरिक शिंक्षा व्यक्ति के व्यक्तित्व के विकास को अपना उद्देश्य बनाती है। संक्षेप में, हम कह सकते हैं शिक्षा मनुष्य के संपूर्ण विकास में सहायक होती है। यह बात निम्नलिखित तथ्यों से स्पष्ट होती है- 1. नेतृत्व का विकास (Development of Leadership)-शारीरिक शिक्षा में नेतृत्व करने के अनेक अवसर प्राप्द क्रिकेट टीम में टीम का कैप्टन, निण्फक्षता, सूझ-बूझ और भावपूर्ण ढंग से खेल की रणनीति तैयार करता है। जब किसी खे खेल से पहले शरीर गर्माने के लिए नियुक्त किया जाता है, तब भी नेतृत्व की शिक्षा दी जाती है। कर्श बार प्रतिस्परींगों का भी नेतृत्व के विकास में सहायता करता है। 2. अनुशासन का विकास (Development of Discipline)-शारीरिक शिक्षा हमें अनुरासन का अमूल्प गु है। हमें अनुशासन में रहते हुए और खेल के नियमों का पालन करते हुए खेलना पड़ता है। इस प्रकार खेल अनुरासन की करते हैं। खेल में अयोग्य करार दिए जाने के डर से खिलाड़ी अनुशासन भंग नहीं करते। वे अनुशासन में रहकर ही खे 3. सहानुभूतिपूर्ण व्यवहार का विकास (Development of Sympathetic Attitude)一खेल के दौरान यदि घायल हो जाता है तो दूसरे सभी खिलाड़ी उसके प्रति हमदर्दी की भावना रखते हैं। ऐसा फुटबॉल अधवा क्रिकेट खेलके जा सकता है। जब भी किसी खिलाड़ी को चोट लगती है तो सभी खिलाड़ी हमदर्दी प्रकट करते हुए उसकी सहामता के यह गुण व्यक्तित्व निर्माण में महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। 4. अच्छे नागरिक के गुणों का विकास (Development of Qualities of Good Citizen)-शारीरिक fिं माध्यम से अच्छे नागरिकों के गुणों को विकसित करती है। जैसे खेलों के नियमों की पालना करना, खेलों में आपसी ताल व जीत में संयम रखना, दूसरें के प्रति आदर व सम्मान की भावना, देशभक्ति की भावना आदि। 5. शारीरिक विकास (Physical Development)-शारीरिक शिक्षा संबंधी क्रियाएँ शारीरिक विकास का मा क्रियाएँ माँसपेशियों को मजबूत, रक्त का बहाव ठीक रखने, पाचन-शक्ति में बढ़्तरी और श्वसन क्रिया को ठीक रख शारीरिक क्रियाओं से खिलाड़ी या व्यक्ति का शरीर मजयूत, शक्तिशाली, लचकदार और प्रभावशाली अनता है।. 6. मानसिक विकास (Physical Development)-शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के साथ-साध मानसिक स्वास्थ्य का चाहिए। शारीरिक और मानसिक दोनों के मिलाप से ही व्यकित के व्यक्तित्व में निखार आता है। जब कोई व्यकित शाह भाग लेता है तो उसके शारीरिक विकास के साथ-साथ उसका मानसिक विकास भी होता है। 7. उच्य नैतिकता की शिक्षा (Lesson of High Monality)-शारिरिक शिक्षा च्यक्रित में खेल-भावना उत्पन्न करती है। यह इस बात में भी सहायता करती है कि खिलाड़ी का स्तर नैतिक दृष्टि से ऊँचा रहे तथा वह पूरी ईमा के साथ अपने उद्देश्य की और अग्रसर होता रहे । संखेगलें, शारीरिक शिक्षा खिलाड़ी का उच्च स्तर का नैतिक विकास होती है।
