Clearly, the given sequence is an AP with first term

a = 3

and common difference

d = 3 + 2 - 3 = 2

∴ a_{5} = a + 4 d = 3 + 4 \times 2 = 3 + 42

a_{6} = a + 5 d = 3 + 5 \times 2 = 3 + 52
