National Defense Academy exam or as it’s commonly referred ‘The NDA exam’ is set by the UPSC. There will primarily be two stages in the NDA 2022. Finally, a medical test to keep a check on the candidate’s overall health and physical & mental fitness takes place. UPSC NDA 2022 Counselling Process

The selection procedure in the National Defense Academy (NDA) is a two-stage process. 1st Stage is the written examination i.e., NDA 2022 test and also stage-2 is the SSB interview stage. The complete recruitment method in the NDA is judged on the basis of total marks scored out 900 collectively in each of the stages of recruitment. After the release of UPSC NDA 2022 Results, qualified candidates can register themselves at (joinindianarmy.nic.in) within the time stipulated.

Allotment of centers and dates will then be notified on the registered email ID. SSB Interview also comprise of 2 stages. 1st Stage has OIR and PPDT and 2nd Stage contains Interview, Group Tasks, Psychology Test and Conference. After 2nd is completed, a final merit list is updated by the UPSC which provides for the final recruited candidates.

 NDA 2022 Document Verification

After the personal interview round the eligible candidates will need to appear for the document  verification round. The qualified candidates should bring the required original documents together with one set of Photocopy of the mentioned documents at the  Services Selection Center (SSC). Below is the list of required original documents needed to be carried for the NDA 2022 Document Verification:

  • Qualification Certificate.
  • Proof of Identity (Pan card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, etc.)
  • Proof of Residence.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Passport Size Photographs.
  • Category certificate for the Reserved class candidates.

Medical Examination

NDA Counselling 2022: Medical examination is the final round within the selection method. The candidates are referred to the Board of Service Medical officers by the SSB for medical examination. Candidates shall be deemed eligible for recruitment if and only if they’re found to be medically fit by the medical officers.
