The rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country are ringing in an alarm in the ears of the authorities. Amid the threat of a third wave with the increasing cases of Omicron variant of Coronavirus, JEE Main 2022 exam could get be postponed from February to March. Soon, the National Testing Agency (NTA) would announce the official date of JEE Main exams.

Moreover, since five states – Goa, Manipur, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh – are going for elections that might also affect the scheduling of the JEE Main 2022 main exams. So, aspirants are advised to hold tight and be prepared for the exam in either case.

Many aspirants are demanding four attempts like last year. So, it is very likely that NTA will conduct JEE Main four times – March, April, May, June. This could be a huge relief for aspirants. Basically, the syllabus of JEE Main is prepared from the syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of class 11th and 12th. The National Testing Agency releases the syllabus every year with official notification of the exam.
