CBSE Class 12th 2022: Updated Exam Format, Syllabus, Admit Card & All You Need to Know!

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the class 12th or senior school certificate board exams every year. Keeping the offline classes and pandemic situation in mind, the board has decided to conduct the exam in two terms now, making it easier for students to score well in the papers.

The decision to divide the crucial exam into two came a year after CBSE cancelled the board exams last year. So, if you’re a Class 12th student, you won’t have to prepare for all the topics at once. And indeed, all you seniors must feel that your batch is one lucky batch. However, you will only know the toll transition has had on students.

Another change introduced by CBSE for board exams 2022 is the format of the paper, as multiple-choice questions make an entry in the 12th board exams. Term 1 exams will now be conducted in MCQ format. Whereas, the next term, Term 2, exams will be conducted in subjective and objective mode. The admit cards for Term 1 exams were released on November 9, 2021.
