(i) Peptide Linkage: A peptide bond is an amide type of covalent chemical bond sinking two consecutive alpha-amino acids from of one alpha-amino acid and of another along a peptide chain as shown in the diagram.
(ii) Primary Structure: The sequence of amino acids describe the primary structure of the protein.
(iii) Denaturation: Destroying the structure and activity of a protein by some actions like boiling is called Denaturation.
An example is Boiling of eggs.
